NEUROLOGICAL DISORDERS PROGRAM.
CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM RELATED APPLICATIONS.

Healthy CNS co-culture.
NETRI has established a healthy cultures and co-cultures of glutamatergic and/or GABAergic neurons as a foundational system, particularly with the BIODIAMOND project.
This base model allows to explore and build upon neuronal interactions, providing a robust platform to study the effects of various compounds and disorders on neural function.
• Marker characterization (Sox2, Nestin, BetaIII Tubulin, vGlut1 & GABA).
• Functional (MEA) characterization (Day7, Day 14 & Day 21).
ALZHEIMER DIAGNOSIS.

Patients' CSF vs Healthy patients.
NETRI has shown, in a published PoC, that NETRI's platform can distinguish Alzheimer’s patients (A1, A2, A3) from healthy individuals (H1, H2) using their CSF. This highlights its potential as a powerful tool for patient stratification in clinical trials—supporting the idea that Alzheimer’s may encompass multiple subtypes, each requiring tailored therapeutic approaches.
• Early diagnosis of Alzheimer' disease with CSF from patient.
BRAIN ORGANOIDS.

Brain 3D cell culture matrix.
NETRI recently announced the acquisition of HCS Pharma's assets and BioMIMESYS® products. BIOMIMESYS® is a breakthrough 3D cell culture matrix, mimicking in vivo conditions to recreate functional organs in vitro, enhancing predictivity.
• Long-term, functional 3D brain cultures.
• Parkinson's dieseases.
• Neurotoxicity.
OTHER POSSIBILITIES.
Next Applications & Models.
NETRI's patented technologies make it possible to innervate any organ, using electrophysiological recordings as a unique readout.
• Parkinson's diease.
• Multiple Sclerosis.
• Huntington's disease.
• Specific organs ECM (liver, skin, brain, oncology) with BioMIMESYS®.
