NETRI has developed hardware and software to co-culture different cell types and analyze electrophysiological recording thanks to its microchannels, and utility software. All NETRI hardware products are available worldwide through its network of distributors.
HARDWARE: NEUROFLUIDICS™ MEA.

For 2D Cell Culture.
NETRI’s DuaLink, DuaLink Shift and TriaLink, are specially designed to monitor the functional activity of physiological compartments up to three cell populations in 2D. All three architectures are available in PRO (16 data points for 16 chips, Maestro PRO compatible) or EDGE (8 data points for 8 chips, Maestro EDGE compatible) format. They are also available in a non-MEA version (NeuroFluidics™).
• DuaLink MEA: 3 compartments (channels connected by microchannels) for co-culture of 2 cell types and electrophysiology isolation per compartment (neuron’s soma/extension isolation, innervated skin, innervated gut…) and for fluidic isolation.
• DuaLink Shift MEA: 3 compartments (channels connected by microchannels) for co-culture of 2 cell types and electrophysiology isolation per compartment (NeuroMuscular Junction, GABAergic & Glutamatergic co-culture…) and to create a axodendritic synapse.
• TriaLink MEA: 3 compartments (channels connected by microchannels) for co-culture of 3 cell types and electrophysiology isolation per compartment (microbiota, neurons & intestinal cells or astrocytes, dorsal horn & sensory neurons…).

For 3D Cell Culture.
NETRI’s DuaLink Well, is specially designed to monitor the functional activity of physiological compartments up to two cell populations in 3D and 2D. This architecture is available in PRO (16 data points for 16 chips, Maestro PRO compatible) or EDGE (8 data points for 8 chips, Maestro EDGE compatible) format.
• DuaLink Well MEA: 2 compartments (1 channel and 1 open well connected by microchannels ) for co-culture of 2D and 3D cell culture (organoids, spheroids, explant…), with electrophysiology isolation per compartment.
SOFTWARE.

UPLINK™.
NETRI’s UpLink is a highly versatile document that contains all MEA metrics tailored to the MEA NeuroFluidics Devices. The Raster Plots Tab allows to evaluate whole experiment at-a-glance, or access local dynamic HTML versions of each raster plot. The Meta metrics tab contains all Axion BioSystems metrics parsed out per channel combination and chip, easily filterable and sortable. The Electrodes tab gives you the same versatility, at the individual electrode level.

TRAINING.

ONLINE & ONSITE.
NETRI’s Trainings are designed to help users understand and master the fundamentals of microfluidics — a key technology in organ-on-chip systems. It could also include dedicated modules on electrophysiology and NETRI’s proprietary software, UpLink, providing a comprehensive overview of the experimental workflow.
• Online MicroFluidics Training : Gain efficiency and mastering both compartmentalized chips to become an expert in microfluidics with dedicated sessions and support meeting with our Field Applications Scientist.
• Online UpLink Training : Gain efficiency and mastering both compartmentalized and MEA chips to become an expert in MEA-recording with dedicated sessions and support meeting with our Field Applications Scientist.
• Onsite Training : Equip users with practical and tailored expertise in microfluidics directly within their own laboratory environment. Delivered by a NETRI Field Application Scientist, the program combines theoretical foundations with hands-on sessions to ensure full autonomy in handling microfluidic systems, from chip preparation to device operation and experimental execution. This immersive format fosters rapid skill acquisition, direct troubleshooting, and an efficient transfer of knowledge, all while maintaining scientific excellence.
