NETRI has established an in vitro platform using hiPSC-derived sensory neurons suitable to assess the efficacy of compounds of interest in dermocosmetic such as pain management.

Endothelial Cells & Keratinocytes.
NETRI has established an in vitro platform of keratinocytes cocultured with endothelial cells (HDMEC). The design of this plateform allows the communication between two cell types located in two compartments separated by a nanoporous membrane. This platform is suitable to assess compounds acting on the vascular component of the skin, to culture 3D tissue, to control shear stress, to link several chips and build a multi-organ-on-chip.

OXIDATED STRESS LEVEL.

Anti-Oxidative Stress.
NETRI has validated the compatibility of an anti-oxidative stress assay on keratinocytes in NETRI's organs-on-chip platform, using AOP assay. In parallel, assays on sensory neurons with/without keratinocytes is under development.

INNERVATED MUSCLE.

NeuroMuscular Junction.
NETRI has successfully established an in vitro NeuroMuscular Junction (NMJ) platform using hiPSC-derived motor neurons and myotubes in a microfluidic device compatible with MEA.
This proof-of-concept enables functional analysis of healthy and diseased donors, ensuring more physiologically relevant models to support neuromuscular disease research.
