EXECUTIVE TEAMS.

I began my research 10 years ago with the hope to help people affected by neurological troubles. I believe that entangling engineering, biology and computer science is the most powerfull way to decipher how the humain brain works. I am very excited to be experimenting fundamental developpement of new technologies and the creation of user centric standardized industrial products with our amazing team.

Thibault Honegger, PhD - CEO, Chairman & Co-Founder

As Co-Founder, I am involved in the overall strategy of NETRI. As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), I am in charge of strategy, resources, infrastructure and innovation in NETRI's three application areas (engineering, biological and digital). Currently, I am also responsible for the development and stabilization of the production line and the creation of the manufacturing team.

Florian Larramendy, PhD - CTO & Co-Founder

At NETRI, I supervise all R&D projects that relate to the equipment nescessary for our clients to interact with our chips. My focus is to drive the democratization of organs-on-chip (OoCs), by crafting a frictionless and modular user experience for our users. This experience should leverage existing workflows and equipement, and allow OoCs to produce repeatable, trustworthy and actionable datasets that can truly shape the pre-clinical phases of the future.

Serge Roux - Equipment Director & Chief Designer

I hold a dual Ph.D. in rheology and bioengineering and have pioneered technologies from brain-on-a-chip and age-related disease models to 3D hydrogels and CRISPR/Cas9 strategies. My career spans pharmaceutical development, clinical trial management, and regulatory strategy, and I contribute actively to international committees and standardization commissions. I joined NETRI in 2021 and now serve as Director of Strategic Partnerships and Regulatory Affairs, working to advance science and shape the future of testing.

Myriam Cornet - Chief HR Officer

Najate Ftaich is NETRI's Head of Biology. She holds a doctorate in health sciences from the Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes and a diploma in biotechnology management. After 10 years' experience in the medical device and in vitro diagnostics industry, she has acquired various skills in biotechnology (change management, quality, regulatory affairs, project management). She joined NETRI in October 2023 to oversee the laboratory and biology team, then took up the position of Operations Manager in January 2024.

Najate Ftaich - Head of Biology

I am graduated from an Engineering school, hand has over 30 years of experience in software development for digital & industry working, particularly in the life science field. I have held senior technical leadership positions (C Level, Eng Manager) in startups, scale-ups and medium-sized companies. I joined Netri in September 2025 to oversee all the software activities that contribute to the value proposition of Netri and its internal needs.

Laurent Fichet - Head of Software

I am a generalist engineer with 12 years of experience in industrialization and industrial project management. I have worked in demanding industries such as aerospace, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, where I developed a strong culture of quality, performance and process reliability. I joined NETRI to contribute to scaling innovative technologies and help transform scientific breakthroughs into robust industrial solutions.

Romain Sauvageon - Head of Production

My compound Human Factors / Industrial Design background, backed by my engineering diploma, gives me the autonomy and mindset to evolve effectively in cross-cultural environments. My experience in fixed-priced consulting enables me to understand the challenges of intense planning and deliverables, as well as the methodologies and processes to manage them. I joined NETRI in January 2026 as Project Manager. Innovation-centered and problem solver at heart, my focus is to use my worldwide experience and knowledge of a diversity of products, compagnies and industries to enhance the teams’ ability to take up the NETRI’s forthcoming challenges.

Stéphanie Langhoff - Project Manager

Coming from a Biotech & scientific education, I have made my path between different professional experiences and theorical certifications. Validated for several online certifications from MIT, over finances and accounting management (for a 2-year period), I have worked as an account manager at Bpifrance and as a Financial & Administrative Officer for a Biotech company. These always immersed myself into innovation related to the Life science industry, with its business models and challenges for financing solutions. I joined NETRI’s team mid 2023 where I serve as Head of Financial & Administrative.

Joan Vincon - Head of Financial & Administrative

STRATEGIC ADVISORY BOARD.

I’m honored and thrilled to join NETRI’s Scientific and Strategic Advisory Boards, to support NETRI’s mission to drive innovation in human health through New Approach Methodologies (NAMs), aiming at addressing key challenges in drug development and lowering reliance on animal models, as increasingly requested by regulatory authorities. NETRI designs and manufactures unique organs-on-chip and Neurons-as-a-Sensor devices used for predictive neurotoxicity, CIPN assessment, and broader CNS and PNS disease modelling. They have optimized the culture of 2D and 3D cells in their platforms and are actively working with partners who looking to embed or bundle their chips into turnkey platforms. I’m looking forward to supporting NETRI’s growth journey, fostering industry and regulatory collaborations, and contributing to bringing this groundbreaking technology to the level of adoption and usage that it deserves.

Pierre Morgon, PhD

I am pleased to join NETRI’s Scientific Board because their mission resonates deeply with my own commitment to advancing human-health innovation using New Approach Methodologies (NAMs). NETRI’s pioneering approach harnessing neurons as sensors, organs-on-chip, and digital signature libraries addresses one of the most pressing challenges in drug development: translating meaningful human physiology data early, reducing attrition, and improving outcomes. I look forward to supporting NETRI’s scientific strategy, advancing next-generation NAMs, and helping cultivate collaborations that accelerate adoption across industry and regulatory landscapes.

Samantha Atkins, PhD

I am enthusiastically joining the NETRI Strategic Advisory Board and looking forward to working with the innovative NETRI Team towards realizing their vision with their biomimetic NeuroFluidic platform to facilitate the development and surveillance post-licensure of biologic products, including vaccines.

James Tartaglia, PhD

I am deeply honored to join NETRI’s Strategic Advisory Board and to contribute to its mission of advancing next-generation human 3D models. With nearly three decades of experience in drug discovery, I am confident that NETRI is uniquely positioned to deliver the scientific innovations needed to enable robust efficacy and safety assessments in human- and patient-derived systems—models that are inherently more predictive and translatable. Such capabilities have the potential to transform every stage of the drug discovery continuum, from target identification and validation through lead optimization and ultimately regulatory submission. I look forward to applying my experience to help strengthen collaborations with the pharmaceutical industry, accelerate adoption of these technologies across the research ecosystem, and support engagement with regulatory stakeholders worldwide—from early discovery laboratories to global health authorities.

Philippe Nantermet, PhD

Philippe Archinard, PhD

SCIENTIFIC ADVISORY BOARD.

NETRI is at the forefront of innovation in biomedical research through its cutting-edge work with organoids, organ-on-chips, and New Approach Methodologies (NAM). By developing advanced organ-on-a-chip platforms, NETRI is enabling precise simulations of human organ systems, fostering breakthroughs in drug discovery and disease modeling. The integration of organoids—miniaturized, lab-grown versions of human organs—into their platforms is providing more accurate and human-relevant models for studying complex diseases, including neurodegenerative and cancerous conditions. NETRI’s commitment to NAM, a suite of non-animal testing methods, is driving ethical and more efficient approaches to drug testing and therapeutic research, significantly reducing the reliance on traditional animal models. Together, these technologies are positioning NETRI as a leader in personalized medicine and next-generation biomedical research.
