Neuron-as-a-Sensor (NaaS) is a carefully streamlined method for assessing novel compounds with early, enhanced predictivity. It is based on the realization that neurons are the natural bio-digital sensors of the body, and that their sensing capability can be harnessed universally using compartmentalized electrophysiology .
NaaS is an integrated platform combining proprietary microfluidic devices, hiPSC-derived cells or organoids, and advanced analytics software to generate predictive digital signatures using in preclinical development.
