DuaLink MEA platform is composed of three channels, 2 for co-culture of different cell types and 1 for fluidic isolation. By adding the MEA option, DuaLink MEA platform allow the recording of the electrical activity of neurons to decode data from any innervated organ.
With our key hiPSC partern, Axol Bioscience Ltd. , we are developing a model of NeuroMuscular Junction: motor neurons in channel 1 and muscle cells in channel 3, all on a layer of MEA to record neuron and muscle activity.
